Finishing Building A Moderately Prosperous Society in All Respects:

Measure of Standard and Scientific Connotation

Abstract: The connotation of "moderately prosperous society" is dynamic, and it has been pushed forward by several generations of the collective leadership of the CPC: from the time when the concept of moderately prosperous society was created to the realization of building an overall moderately prosperous society, to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and to finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is a stage in realizing modernization in China, the key step to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and also a strategic guide for the development of the cause of the Party and state at present. Building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is a comprehensive system, it not only emphasizes economic factors, but also includes social transformation, democratic progress, cultural development and ecological environment. Therefore, the standard of finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is comprehensive, extensive and systematic; only when it fully reflects such systematic and comprehensive nature can it scientifically evaluate the progress of the work of building a moderately prosperous society.
